Granite Countertop Edges
You can get Granite tiles available in different sizes. The dimensions of each tile should meet ASTM standards and they should have a uniform thickness. We use to check carefully, the accuracy of the Granite tile by comparing the reading with the standard.
Each tile should have precisely square corners. The sides should be slightly smoothed. If the tiles are shaped to standard they will be easier to install.
There are different types of edges that the Granite or Marble countertops can be designed. For example:- straight, 1/4 round, 1/4 bevel, reverse bevel, 1/2 bulnose, 1/2 bevel, ogee, 1/2 bulnose, bevel top & bottom, DuPont, cove and so on.
Granite Countertop edges are available in different edges and the basic Countertop edge is the straight edge.
